Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
"As Principal, I am thrilled to welcome you to Scotts Head Public School. We are a safe, caring, and inclusive community where the wellbeing of every student—social, emotional, and academic—is at the heart of all we do. When students feel supported and valued, they can grow into confident, curious, and capable learners.
Our passionate teachers create engaging, student-centered classrooms where learning is meaningful, hands-on, and enjoyable. We encourage curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, and leadership, while helping students build strong relationships, develop self-regulation, and act responsibly.
Through our Bahasa Indonesia program, students gain a broader understanding of the world, and we respectfully acknowledge the Gumbaynggirr people as the traditional custodians of the land on which we learn.
At Scotts Head Public School, we work together as a community of students, teachers, and families to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every child can thrive, succeed, and become a lifelong learner. I look forward to sharing this journey with you and your family."
